Doonivas ("we", "us", "our") operates a website and WhatsApp-based service that connects property owners, tenants, buyers, contractors and interior/construction professionals across Dehradun and Haldwani, Uttarakhand. By accessing or using doonivas.netlify.app (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Doonivas is an intermediary platform only. We do not own, manage, broker, lease, sell, or hold legal title to any property listed on the Platform, and we are not a licensed real estate agent, builder, or contractor. Any rental agreement, sale, purchase, or service contract is strictly between the property owner/contractor and the seeker/customer. Doonivas is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for its performance, terms, or outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or submit a listing/requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Doonivas is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you submit a property, service listing, or a requirement, you confirm that:
Doonivas reviews listings before they go live and reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or requirement at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including after it has gone live.
A "Verified" badge indicates that our team has completed a basic manual check (which may include a payment confirmation) on the owner/contractor's account. It is not a legal certification of property ownership, title, service quality, or business registration, and should not be treated as one. Seekers are strongly encouraged to independently verify ownership documents, identity, and any agreement terms before making a payment or signing anything.
Enquiries on the Platform are routed through Doonivas's own WhatsApp number, which then connects the interested parties. By submitting a listing, requirement, or enquiry, you consent to being contacted by our team on WhatsApp, phone, or email in relation to that submission.
Your first property listing is free to submit. Any further listing submitted from the same phone number is a paid listing and goes live only after the charge is confirmed with our team. Contractor lead pricing (pay-per-lead or lead packs) is described on our Services page and may change from time to time. Any fee changes will be reflected on the Platform before they take effect.
You agree not to: post fake, duplicate, or misleading listings; misrepresent yourself or a property; use the Platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity; attempt to access another user's account; or interfere with the Platform's normal operation (including attempting to bypass security measures).
The Platform and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Doonivas does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legality of any listing, or that a match/transaction will result from using the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doonivas, its team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from: disputes between property owners and seekers/tenants/buyers; the condition, legality, or ownership of any property; fraud or misrepresentation by a third party; or reliance on any information published on the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
